If food is culture…

I do not want to eat some watered down bastardized

version of Moo Goo Gia Pan. I want

to eat real Chinese food. I do not

want to eat complacent middle American

tacos and burritos. I want authentic Mexican food.

I have had enough hamburgers, artificial flavors, artificial colors, reconstituted chicken

product and processed cheese food to last me a lifetime.

No more powdered cheese

No more Red # 20, 41, 96, or 12

No more poly bysorbate (a preservative)

No more square tomatoes

Would I know real food if I choked on it?

Someone, please pass the strawberries, but

hurry before they are crossed with flounder DNA (to protect against frost)
